Finding gay Andorra
I tell ya, I did not think finding gay would be this difficult in a ski town. Fair enough most gays will go without clothes if they had a choice and that is why a ski town could be difficult. So many layers!
I´ve been up and down the slopes of Arinsal, flitting my eyelids and showing my tight arse beneath my ski gear to many a man - but none gay enough to answer the desperate cry of homosexual unity!
On Tuesday I went to Andorra town. I decided I needed to find the gay district, there´s nothing like checking out the clubs and bars in a new town. Oh to be a fool I am.
After trekking the whole of Andorra I made it to Ínformation de Tourisme...hmmmm...."where are the gay bars?" I asked, "huh?" she answered "homosexuele" I reply, "oH" she replied....yes OH..."non, non bars"....
Fair Fair, can I really expect queer bars in Andorra...maybe if I can spend more time hunting them out - someone please help so my life is so much easier when I return!

Next time your in Andorra,pop in and see us at the restaurant Can-pere in Anyos,la massana,lived in Andorra for 20 years,and know pretty well the ups and downs of the small Andoran gay scene.It does exist,but is difficult to find.http://canpere.tripod.com best wishes Dave
Hey, I know the post is over 3 years old but I wanted to ask something :D
I absolutely love Andorra.. I think it is the best place to live on earth.... And I was kinda surprised that such a small country has such progressive gay laws...
Now I was just wondering, you ever found that gay scene there? :D
And for the guy who left the comment, how is it being gay there? I mean living there, does your sexuality affect your life at all?

Hi gavin - thanks for your comment. I returned a year later for a gay ski week - at that point very few attended, - but hopefully they're building it up now. Andorra is so much like france and spain it's not too much of a surprise and a small community - with a large travel industry. I find the smaller the place the more open and progressive they are. glad you enjoy it - Ryan
