Following the success of the Stieg Larsson Millennium Tours, the Stockholm City Museum launches ABBA – the walk, a guided city tour through Stockholm where ABBA lived and worked. Starting at the City Hall where Benny performed for the very first time, the tour continues via the Sheraton Hotel, one of many places Abba videos were recorded, and one of the city’s most distinctive 1970s landmarks.

The two hour tours will be offered in English and Swedish and will cost 120 SEK. The tours in english takes place every friday (from 1/7) and saturday at 4 pm, between May 19 and Sept 24, 2011.

The Stockholm City Museum will also be making a special city map with all ABBA related places marked out. The map is also sold via Stockholm Tourist Centre and costs 40 SEK.
