Munich

Munich has the second largest Airport ( Franz Josef Straus International Airport) in Germany. Several trains (like the Munich S-Bahn) as well as the comprehensive underground system allow for easy transportation from and to the airport, within the city but also to any location outside Munich.

By Train it takes about 45 minutes either using the S1 or S8 lines. If there are 2 - 5 of you in your party get a group ticket, it works out significantly less expensive at about 19euros, otherwise its nearly 10euroes each.
