Riga
Riga the capital of Latvia is located on the Baltic Sea coast.It is the largest city and the centre of Riga has been declared a Unesco World Heritage Site. Lativa is independent since 17th of September 1991, before that it belonged the Soviet Union and it was one of the most economically well-off and industrialized part of the Soviet Union. It is divided up into half Russians and half Latvians, and that is the interesting think as two totally different cultures live that close together.
