Brighton

Brighton is someway ahead of the UK, even London for equality. The city hosts one of the largest gay prides with the biggest turn out from the local community. Locals turn up en-masse to celebrate with its LGBT neighbours and attend the big fan-fair at Preston Park.

Recently, the council has banned all music that incites hate; i.e musicians like Elephant Man and Buju Banton will no longer tolerate such artists. Mainly affecting dancehall reggae stars that often through their lyrics advocate the killing of gays will no longer have a place in the town.

It is home to Civil Partnership, gay families and the rest of UK law.
