Each and every year the DC Black Pride fills the atmosphere of Washington DC with fun and enjoyment. There is no doubt that every year it attracts huge crowd. This year the dates for the Pride festival have been decided. The chain of DC Black Pride events will start from 26th of May and will continue till 30th of May. The first day of the event that is on Wednesday the program will start from the evening at 7 pm and will continue till 9 pm. On 27th of May, there will be the Volunteer’s Orientation, which will start from 7pm and will come to an end at 9 pm. On 28th of May, there will be an Opening reception and an Award ceremony from 7 pm to 10 pm, and it will be organized at Hamilton Ballroom.

 The next day you can have good time at the Workshops, from 11 am to 3 pm. The locations would be Host Hotel, Alexander Hamilton Salon, John Adams Salon, Mount Vernon Salon, and the Montpelier Salon. Along with there will be a Film festival, Fashion Show, and a Poetry Slam. On the final day that is on 30th of May, the last event at the DC Black Pride will be the Church Service at the Convention center, and it will start at 10 am and will continue till 12 pm.
