Gay Hotels and Gay-Friendly Hotels

There are some fabulous gay hotels around the world.  Many of these hotels are not gay hotels because they only cater to gays but are classified as a gay hotel because they are attractive to gay people and provide a relaxed, permissive and unprejudiced place to stay.  Dedicated gay hotels are also available, including the Philbeach in London, which is London’s longest-established gay hotel or The Island House in Miami.  If you are visiting Europe’s most happening city (London, of course!) then also consider The Trafalgar which is close to Soho and the thriving gay bar and club area or The Sanderson with it’s Philippe Starck/Ian Schrager design and its edgy and fashionable clientele.
