Tiny Coventry - quiet

I was totally bewidlered by Coventry. I had heard it mentioned many many times and when I drove into the centre I was expecting much more than we got. It just seemed so small for a city. Disappointing really.

The entire City felt like 28 Days Later - there was no-one bar a few drunks around (even on a Friday night). We wondered across half the city and found very little.

We found one gay bar - Rainbows - that was a really quaint bar with two floors, massive outdoor area - it was like an old barn that had been converted.

There is also The Golden Cross - a mixed bar with gay/queer events every month called Shirt Lifter!
