The owners and staff of this place are great.  They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay in Bs.As.  The rooms, while basic, are clean and comfortable.  The price is very reasonable.  My only complaint is the location on a very busy, and unattractive street.  It is few blocks from a pretty nice area of Palermo Hollywood, but the section of Av Córdoba where the B&B is located is not the most attractive street in the city.  If you are on a budget and do not mind a short walk, I recommend this place.
