The Admiral Duncan Bar is in the centre of Soho, the most popular gay area in London. This was previously an unremarkable gay pub but was the target of a horrendous nail bombing in 1999 and has become a symbol of the gay community's resistance to oppression.

It is one of the most popular gay meeting places in Soho and is usually busy. New additions include a small dancefloor, funky decor and live music nights.

The nearest tube station is Leicester Square (4 mins walk) and Piccadilly (6 mins walk).
