And you'll love our fantastic gourmet breakfasts we prepare from scratch for you every morning! Located in the downtown village, Dundonald House is the gay bed and breakfast guest house in Toronto! The Church - Wellesley corner is center of the Toronto gay village-- Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and public transportation, are all a quick three minute walk from our guest house. Voted Best Bed and Breakfast 6 years in a row by the gay community, Dundonald House offers an oasis of calm in a busy yet exciting area of downtown.
Breakfast:
From 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. every morning in our dining room, enjoy our special gourmet breakfast of the day made from wonderful recipes we've collected from a smorgasbord of countries around the world. Reflecting our own travel experiences, we love starting the day with a new dish and flavour--breakfast can be more than just plain, cold cereal. We've found delightfully diverse cuisines and treats when traveling, and that's the experience we try to create for our guests at Dundonald House. So if your stay is 3 days or more we'll excite you with something different to nosh on in the morning...from a traditional English breakfast to crepes, (inspired by Jurgen Reiter from KARE of Munchen) or seasonal fruit (an idea from Cape Victoria guest house in South Africa.) Have a food allergy? Don't worry-- you'll definitely not starve! Just let us know at the time of booking and we'll be sure to create a breakfast you can enjoy too!

Our five guest rooms offer a diverse palette of amenities to please any Toronto traveler. From Mary's private ensuite bath and separate sitting room, to the simplicity and economically priced lower level rooms, all of our guests feel at home in our bed and breakfast and are always free to relax in the many spacious common areas around the house.
