Restaurant, ManchesterThe new man at the helm at the Brasserie On Portland at the Princes Hotel is Head Chef Yalcin Ibrahim-Ali. The Brasserie is on the ground floor, to one side of the main lobby area, and comfortably seats 60 in bright, modern surroundings.
Food is served from breakfast right through to dinner and you can choose from the a la carte menu, lunch & pre-theatre menu, or choose trom the selection of British Classics.
Special deals are also available (see below) including an "all you can eat" breakfast with unlimited tea & coffee for those morning breakfast meetings.
