In the heart of Greenwich Village, the Monster Bar has been a fixture in the gay community for more than 25 years.  Main floor bar is an open and airy Piano Bar, and draws a large, friendly and older happy hour crowd.  Basement dance floor, gets crowded on weekends and the Monday night “Sabor Latino” Latin night with a varied crowd, mainly in their 30s.  Very friendly staff and among the strongest mixed drinks in the city.
