A very affordable (partially cheaper than crapy hostels) and central guesthouse. This description does not even remotely describe the close to luxury treatment and environment one will live in. Not only is the owner Billy a very nice and kind chap who introduces you to the city as soon as you walk through his front door (he's American btw), but the atmosphere of the whole place is very decadent due to chandeliers and finest fabrics everywhere. It's located on Gran Via and is literally a ten minute walk to Las Ramlas or 15min to the Gotico district. 

As it is part of a normal residential house on Gran Via you do not actually feel like a tourist at all, but like someone who quickly moved to Barcelona for a while. You can shop anything you like and prepare it in the kitchen which is open to anyone. 

Did I mention the amount of style and prettiness (also gayness) this place has to offer? yes? Well, Here I come again ;-)
