Adonis is the largest and most popular macho cinema/movie center in Amsterdam. Besides the cinema they have a private video cabin and an exciting darkroom with lots of action. In the early 80's when they started this cinema they showed 16mm movies and changed to large screen video round 1990 and now they show the newest top quality DVD's. Also in the mid nineties they expanded the Adonis with a gay sexshop that has a large stock of video's and DVD's, the prices start already at 4,95 euro, but they also sell the latest Bel Ami, Treasure Island and all others at very reasonable prices. They are also well known for their variety of magazines, dildos and other adult toys far above your imagination. The cinema and shop are air conditioned.
