Guest House Description

The Rundles Morris House, designed by the Canadian architectural firm Shim-Sutcliffe (http://www.shim-sutcliffe.com/), is available for rent.

The house, which functions as a deluxe suite, has a living room, den, bedroom and two bathrooms. Queen size beds, both with down comforters and pillows, are in the bedroom and den. It has a fireplace in the living room, and wonderful views of the lake. The house does not have an elevator, and therefore is not suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs.

Seasonal, healthy breakfasts are included. Dinner may be served in the house during restaurant hours; and should you wish to use the house for small meetings or parties, we shall be glad to cater these for you. Tariff is $595 per day, plus 5% tax.

Ideally, the House is perfect for one couple, or, a maximum of two couples to share.

Please note: breakfast menus change daily, are made to order with seasonal ingredients sourced mainly from produce grown locally in Southwestern Ontario, with cured meats and unpasteurized cheeses from Quebec, and France.

Master Bedroom - 1 Large Double Bed, Fine Irish Linen; down pillows and comforters.

Den Bedroom - 1 Large Double Bed, Fine Irish Linen; down pillows and comforters.

MASTER BEDROOM: TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, telephone, and a MAC laptop with wireless internet access. Panoramic views of the Avon River and surrounding park land. Large bathroom, with beautiful French limestone from floor to ceiling, with a grand walk-in shower, and a luxurious bathtub. Extras: 'Aveda' hair care and hand products. 'Roger & Gallet' soaps. 'Thomas Ferguson Irish Linen', i.e., bathrobes, towels and pillow cases.

DEN BEDROOM: Telephone. Glorious views of our manicured rose gardens. Nice sized bathroom, with beautiful French limestone from floor to ceiling, with a walk-in shower.
