Both rooms are non-smoking rooms. ROOM 12 is aditionally equipped with a 2-seater bathtub plus separate shower. ROOM 22 and ROOM 32: Leather Double Rooms: On the front side of the building with canal view. Both rooms have a twin size bed, rubber floor, a bathroom with a 2-seater bathtub and shower, as well as fun equipment. ROOM 21 is a DeLuxe Leather Double Room: Alo on the front side of the building and with canal view. Further it is furnished with a king size bed, rubber floor, a bathroom with a 2-seater bathtub, a shower and fun equipment. ROOM 33 and ROOM 34, the De Luxe Leather Double Rooms are attic rooms with wooden beams, a king size bed,a rubber floor, a bathroom with a 2-seater whirlpool bathtub plus separate shower.
